SYNOPSIS
Encrypted telecommunication platforms, such as Signal, are a necessity. Our conversations with AI algorithms are not encrypted. Exactly the opposite.
BigBrother.chat is not AI chatbot. It is a provocation about how our conversations are surveilled and the growing popularity of GPTs speaking as us.
We might think GPTs make what we say “better”. We humbly feed our thoughts into AI algorithms. We willingly manipulating our meaning with a semi-collective human -> machine intelligence. We craft how we want to be perceived.
But AI can also an tool of censorship.
Even more daunting is how often we trust these generated words and technical mechanisms of power.
